9/80 Schedule

Here at Sprout, we focus on work-life balance, which is why we have implemented the 9/80 schedule. This means you work 80 hours in 9 days, which allows our employees to have every other Friday off. Included in that we have no weekend work unless necessary, it gives our employees a 3-day weekend every other week, so they can be with their families more. It also gives them time to refresh and re-center, while completing tasks they would normally have to wait till the weekend to do.
